Terms and Conditions
- Participant reaching by 9:45am and signing the attendance register will be eligible for refund. Late comer will be able to attend the event but refund will not be provided. -- Purpose of this rule is to ensure that participant reach the event on time.
- Only those Males and Females attending the complete event from 10am to 2pm will be eligible for refund. The amount of Rs 1,000/- will be refunded by 2:15pm. -- Purpose of this rule is to ensure that participant attend the entire event, as up and running in the middle makes an event futile.
- A maximum of two family members of the registered young man or the young woman can join the event. It is compulsory for eligible Male/Female to come to the event. If only parents come to the event then they will get permission to participate, but 1000 rupees will not be refunded. -- The purpose of this rule is to remove unnecessary hesitation from the Jat community. Children of Baniyas and Punjabis go to such events and there is an instant match. Jat society too has to gradually rise above conservatism.
A conference of 130-140 children will be organized. Registration of 60-70 boys and 60-70 girls must be mandatory. If the ratio is disturbed, the conference will be canceled and all 1000-1000 rupees will be refunded. The purpose of this rule is that in this type of Jat marital conferences, only 95% of the girl population and 5% of the boys, in this situation, how will the pair be formed ??? If there is an almost equal number of girls and boys, then the possibility of getting the match increases.
Expense of the event will be met with the help of donations from gentlemen. There is no need to panic those who have registered. Those who fulfill the above conditions will be returned whole (without any deductions) of 1000 rupees. Those who are unable to meet the conditions of time restriction etc., their bucks will not be refunded and spent in the conference.
If a gentleman wants to donate money for the event, he is most welcome. No more than 1000 rupees (one thousand) will be taken from any person.
Our purpose is to do social work, not to collect money.
This event will be organized by the Maharaja Surajmal Family Trust. If the event could not be held due to lower registration, 1000/- rupees of the Donors would also be returned.
